Shipping Info

Gift Orders

• Most gift orders are shipped within 4 days.
• We ship gift orders FedEx Ground, delivery in 1 - 5 days from day shipped depending on your location (distance from Vermont).
• FedEx Overnight service is available Mon-Thur. for orders placed before noon of the shipping day.

Ice Cream by Mail

• Ice Cream by Mail cost is $54.95 for weekday delivery (Wednesday-Friday) within the continental U.S. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will also incur an additional $10.00 shipping charge (please call).
• Please call in advance (1.800.306.5885) for large Ice Cream by Mail orders (15 or more) and allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
• Ice Cream by Mail is shipped Federal Express Second Day service. Orders are shipped Monday - Wednesday each week. ICBM ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE 12:00 NOON EST TO SHIP THE SAME DAY. IF AN ORDER IS RECEIVED AFTER 12:00 NOON, IT WILL BE SHIPPED THE NEXT DAY. IF AN ORDER IS RECEIVED AT ANY TIME AFTER 12:00 PM EST ON WEDNESDAY IT WILL BE SHIPPED ON MONDAY FOR DELIVERY ON WEDNESDAY. IN THE EVENT THAT MONDAY IS A HOLIDAY, ALL ORDERS WOULD SHIP ON TUESDAY FOR DELIERVY ON THURSDAY. Overnight shipping is available for a $10 additional charge.
• Additional gifts (other than pint coupons) must be shipped separately due to lack of space. Please order separately.
• If you provide us with a preferred delivery date we will do our best to meet this date or we will let you know via email if we must schedule for a different date. We may receive your order previous to the necessary shipping date (you will receive email confirmation) but your credit card will not be charged until the actual shipment date. The turn around time between your order and shipping is extremely quick so we need to have an email address or phone number where we can quickly reach you on the day previous to your requested delivery date should there be problems with your credit card.
• Important: It is recommended that you provide an address at which someone will be present to sign for the package during business hours (most deliveries between noon and 4:30pm). In the event that there is no one present to receive the package at the time of delivery, Federal Express will leave the package at the safest entrance available, in order to insure delivery that day. A second delivery attempt may not be possible until the following day which could result in melting. If you would still prefer the driver deliver the package only after obtaining the signature of the recipient rather than leaving the package, please indicate this on your order form or when calling us.
