• We ship Monday through Friday using UPS.
• Most orders are shipped via ground delivery
• After your shipping label is created, you will receive an email with your tracking number
• UPS is authorized to leave all packages at the destination without a signature
• Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to offer shipping outside of the US
• To guarantee delivery, we must have the complete and correct address. We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time.

Hit that order button a bit too fast, huh? If you made an error on your order, the sooner you let us know about it, the better. We may be able to make an edit, however, once a shipping label has been created we will not be able to change or cancel the order. Contact us using the form below and we'll do what we can!

Whoopsie-daisy! Whether you received the wrong size t-shirt or something was damaged during shipping, we’re here to help. Contact us using the form below and we will make things right ASAP.

+ RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Gift Shop items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. For returns, we'll gladly provide a refund after we receive the re-sellable item back. For exchanges, please send back the re-sellable item, we'll credit you for the purchase, and you can re-order the correct item. Contact us using the form below to start your return or exchange.

Ben & Jerry’s is not responsible for damage or loss of gifts due to an unavailable recipient, incorrect address information, or theft. We are not able to change the address or cancel an order once the package has shipped. If you are sending this as a gift (aren’t you sweet?), please ensure your recipient is properly notified. Gift Shop items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us through the form below for specific instructions for returning or exchanging merchandise.
